How it works

From your labs
to your dose

Four clear steps. No clinic visits, no gray area. Prescribing decisions are made independently by a licensed doctor based on your evaluation and bloodwork.

Step01

Quick intake

Health history, current medications, goals, and peptide experience. Takes about ten minutes from your phone.

~ 10 min online
Step02

Bloodwork

Labs at any Quest location near you. This is what separates dosing based on your body from dosing based on a forum post.

Quest, in & out
Step03

Doctor consultation

Video visit with a licensed doctor who reviews your labs and evaluates whether peptide therapy is appropriate, and which plan fits your case.

Step04

Shipped monthly, if prescribed

If a prescription is issued, peptides are compounded at a US-licensed 503A pharmacy and shipped to your door each month, typically with insulated cold-pack packaging to keep medications stable in transit. Dosing is adjusted over time based on follow-up labs.

Cold-chain shipping

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A doctor evaluation is required before any prescriptions are issued. Your $50 founding deposit is fully refundable - applied to your first month if you move forward, refunded in full if you don't.

Why we built this

The peptide market
is broken

Option01

Research chemicals

Overseas labs. CoAs you cannot verify. "Not for human consumption" labels with a wink. You dose from forum posts, have no doctor, and have no recourse if something is wrong.

Option02

Premium clinics

$400 - 500+ per month per peptide. In-office visits. Luxury wellness branding most people do not want. Telehealth alternatives won't even show pricing until you book a consult.

Option03

Regulatory limbo

A 2024 FDA review paused pharmacy compounding for several popular peptides pending reclassification. Even if access returns, there is still no clear, affordable path to a real prescription.

That is the gap. Not another wellness brand. Not another clinic. Just a clean path from research chemicals to pharmacy-grade, doctor-supervised, dosed to your actual bloodwork, and priced like it should have been all along.

No hidden fees. No consult required to see pricing.

Every dollar,
on the page

Most peptide clinics won't show you pricing until you book a consultation. We think that's backwards. Here's exactly what it costs: one monthly price that bundles doctor, labs, peptides, and shipping. No surprise charges.

Important: All treatment plans require a physician evaluation via video consultation. Specific medications are determined by your physician based on your health history, lab results, and clinical assessment - and may vary by individual. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, efficacy, or quality before they are dispensed - the same is true of dietary supplements sold over the counter under the 1994 DSHEA framework. Monthly subscription includes your clinical plan; your physician independently determines whether peptides are appropriate for you. Results vary by individual. No guaranteed outcomes. Market pricing reflects publicly available data from telehealth providers and peptide clinics as of early 2026 and may vary.

Our compliance commitment

Peptides marked "Reclassification pending" are not yet available and cannot be prescribed until the FDA formally publishes its updated Category 1 list. HHS announced the reclassification in February 2026 but formal publication has not occurred. "Studied for" reflects preclinical or early-stage research, not proven efficacy. We only offer peptides currently eligible for legal compounding. Appropriateness is determined on a case-by-case basis under medical supervision. Prescriptions are typically compounded by FDA-registered, USP 795/797-compliant pharmacies. Compounded prescriptions are not FDA-approved.

Straight answers

Questions from people
who already use peptides

I already buy research peptides. Why would I switch?+
Because you already know peptides work - this is about upgrading how you get them. With a prescription, your dose is based on your bloodwork instead of a forum post. Your peptides come from a US-licensed, USP 795/797 compliant 503A pharmacy with real testing standards. A licensed doctor monitors your labs and adjusts over time. And you eliminate the legal gray area entirely. Most of our early access members have used research peptides before. They are not switching because peptides stopped working - they are upgrading the supply chain.
What peptides can I get right now?+
Today: Sermorelin, NAD+, Glutathione, Low-Dose Naltrexone, and Gonadorelin. These all have established legal compounding pathways, though NAD+ is currently under FDA review for inclusion on the 503A bulks list and its availability could change. BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Thymosin Alpha-1, and seven others are expected back after HHS announced in February 2026 that ~14 Category 2 peptides would return to Category 1. The formal FDA publication has not happened yet. We monitor the Federal Register daily and are ready to compound within days of formal publication. A doctor determines what is clinically appropriate based on your individual evaluation.
What about BPC-157?+
HHS announced in February 2026 that BPC-157 is among ~14 peptides returning from Category 2 to Category 1. The formal FDA publication has not happened yet, and BPC-157 cannot be compounded or prescribed until it does. We monitor the Federal Register daily and are ready to go the moment it finalizes. Sign up for early access and select BPC-157 in your peptide preferences - we will notify you as soon as it becomes available.
Why do you list your prices on the site?+
Because most peptide clinics don't - and we think that's a problem. You shouldn't have to book a consultation or hand over your email just to find out what something costs. Our plans are $249, $299, and $399 per month depending on how many peptides are included. That covers the doctor, labs, peptides, and shipping. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no "call for pricing."
Do I need to inject myself?+
Most peptides are subcutaneous - a tiny insulin-gauge needle. If you have been using research peptides, the administration process is familiar. Details and supplies are typically discussed during the consultation and typically provided with dispensed prescriptions. Some peptides are available in non-injection formulations.
Which states do you serve?+
Launching in select states where telehealth regulations support our model. All doctors are licensed in the states where they prescribe. Select your state when you sign up - we are prioritizing the states with the most demand first.
